Distant Shores Brewing (DSB) is a modern craft brewery located in Higashimurayama, Tokyo, renowned for blending authentic British brewing expertise with meticulous, custom-programmed tech infrastructure.

Established in late 2017, the brewery has earned a passionate following across Japan for its exceptional, fresh ales and highly community-driven taproom culture.

The Brewery & Tech-Driven Roots The Concept: The name "Distant Shores" reflects the long, historic journey of beer as it spread from its origins across the globe, inviting drinkers to explore new flavors.

The Founders: DSB was launched as a collaborative project, spearheaded by a former British IT systems engineer and brewer, alongside local Tokyo craft beer staples .

Precision Brewing: the brewery relies on custom-programmed temperature control software designed to guarantee exact consistency across all batches.  the foundation of strict, high-tech quality management and traditional British brewing technique lives on.
